BioShock Infinite gives cashback
With the United States emerging as a world power, the floating City of Columbia is a mighty symbol of American ideals, launched with great fanfare to the cheers of a captivated public. But what begins as an endeavour of hope soon turns to disaster, as the city disappears into the clouds, its whereabouts unknown. The greatest accomplishment in American history has vanished without a trace.
BioShock Infinite is now available to pre-purchase from Green Man Gaming* with an incredible offer for you.
Pre-purchase from Green Man Gaming and get either cashback or creditback as a reward! Dollar users have the choice of $15 credit or $10 cashback, and Euro users have a choice of €9 credit or €5 cashback.
Onward!

Ooh snap I just bought it at Steam yesteday :(
ReplyDeleteBut when is it going to be available for the UK :(
ReplyDeleteYou should get better mailshot software. I came to see what the offer was about - I liked the first BioShock - and then found offer not valid in UK!
ReplyDeleteDon't tell me about it if I can't use it or I will end up not reading the emails you send.
+1 to that Luis. Got the e-mail, only to find that because I'm in the UK I don't get it. So why was I sent the e-mail in the first place?
ReplyDeleteSurefire way to annoy your potential customers!
So many cools games I'm missing right now :(
ReplyDelete...Dishonored, the new Assassins Creed , Bioshock: Infinite
Great deal on Bioshock: Infinite though GMG! Unfortunately I have no money to spend as I have to save up so the kids can have a decent Christmas. Being poor SUCKS!
As others have said this shouldn't be mailed to UK customers unless your willing to include us in the offer, one more unhappy customer here
ReplyDeleteI don't know about you guys, but it clearly says in the mail you got from GMG, right below their signature:

or is my mail special again?
Agree, this is ridiculous, GMG, please check your recipients next time, as this shows a very poor level of customer service and care on your behalf.
ReplyDeleteNot impressed!
Nate Kerkhofs - have you actually read the comments?
ReplyDeleteIt's a little silly to complain about being sent a promotion you can't partake in. You can't expect them to separate their mailing list into different countries just to stop some people from being annoying about knowing about a promotion they can't participate in. It may not even be possible for them with their backend or could just be way too much work for such a frivolous complaint. Read the email, note the countries it's not available in, move on.
ReplyDeleteRight - they insult you, don't complain. Stupidity run in your family ?
DeleteTo be honest, they asked me what country I resided in when I signed up for my account at GMG, so there's a record of it in the database, and being that databases allow for searching and sorting of data, it's not at all unreasonable to expect not to recive offers that don't occur in your zone.
ReplyDeleteHowever, it's a new service and chances are that idea probably didn't come up in the meetings, so I'm not annoyed by it because I'm sure they'll sort it eventually.
However, they really need to sort this for the UK. I can honestly say that if they do, given the other 20%/25% off deals they do, i'd be more than happy to start buying from GMG more often. This seems like a great incentive to me!
I personally hate being denied knowledge of a deal based on some regional limitation.
ReplyDeleteWhich departments of GMG do you work in Nate & Vague?
ReplyDeleteOr are you just trolling the comments?
Clearly, those of us who got the email clicked the link as soon as we saw it - well above the small print disclaimer. It smacks of a cynical ploy to get us onto the site in the hope we'd buy something else,
As if!!
OK You want to alienate Brits. F*** you then. No, I WON'T buy it. Screw U
ReplyDeleteI bought this game, i am in mexico and i didnt get an email with the 15 dlls credit thing :( i feel ripped off :(
